Privacy Policy

In this policy ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Gunjan Clinic. This policy details how we collect, use, and share data obtained from service users (referred to as ‘You’, ‘Your’, ‘Client’ or ‘Clients’ in this policy). This policy speaks of our promise to protect your data. The use and access to services is subject to this privacy policy. When you confirm that you are bound by this privacy policy, using our services, or sharing your information with us , you consent to policies and practices detailed in this policy and agree to us collecting, using, and sharing your information as outlined in this policy. We have the right to change, add, modify, or remove any terms of this policy, at our sole discretion. In any event you don’t agree with the terms mentioned in this policy, do not use any of our services or share any personal information with us. If you use our services on someone else’s behalf or an entity, you represent that you are authorised by that individual or entity to accept the terms of this policy on the individual's or entity’s behalf.

This policy is being shared in line with Segment 43A of the Information Technology Act of 2000.

  1. Regulation 4 of Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011;
  2. Regulation 3 (1) of Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

This policy details the following:

  2. The reason, means and methods of use of the data;
  3. With whom and how we shall share this data.
Personal Information Collection

Use of services entails us knowing your identity in order to address your concerns. We may ask you to share data that identifies and recognises you or can be used to distinguish you. The collected data may include (but not restricted to) the following:

  2. Information like date of birth, and stick code;
  3. Information pertaining to use of administration and history of arrangements and exchanges made while using services;

  5. Information about protection like protection plan or bearer;

Gunjan Clinic can collect individual data and sensitive information under the rules of SPI. This means the data that identifies you through an individual characteristic, either specifically or indirectly. It can be mixed with other data accessible with a body corporate and is able to identify the individual.

  1. Monetary information like ledgers, credit and charge card points of interest or other installment instrument subtle elements;
  2. Psychological, physical, and physiological condition;
  3. Details pertaining to sexual health;
  4. Therapeutic history and records;
  5. Biometric data;
  6. Data that resides with body corporate under a legal contract, and;
  7. Visitor information as obtained during registration or afterwards.

Data that can be accessed in the space of general population or open sources under Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law won’t be considered as sensitive information about the individual.

PRIVACY POLICY
  1. When users avail, use and access our services they acknowledge the terms of use which also includes acknowledgement of privacy policy terms. Any user who does not agree to these arrangements can stop using the services provided by us.
  2. Every data shared by the user including sensitive information is shared at will. You understand that Gunjan Clinic can, either by itself or with partners, use your individual data which has been defined as sensitive under the SPI rules. These are used to a) provide you services, b) for business reasons and in an amassed or non-by and by identifiable frame of enquiry, investigation and gaining insight reasons, c) use the identifiable information for purchase or exchange with our partners. Gunjan clinic reserves the authority to use the shared data for the following purposes:
  • For distribution on website;
  • Contact users regarding new services;
  • Reaching users for service input;
  • Examining designs of use for enhancing service utility;
  • Examining data for business uses;

You agree to the above utilisation of such data by Gunjan clinic.

Collecting sensitive data requires consent under SPI rules. By consenting to this privacy policy you agree to the collection of this information under relevant law. You may be unable to use our services in absence of the consent.

The responsibility for sharing accurate data rests with you, except in cases where you change, revise, remove errors in the data. We use your data for the following purposes:

We do not intend to collect information from anyone aged below 13. We connect with parents if we have information about children below 13 years without parental consent and verification, we remove it immediately from our servers. Collection and use of such information warrants obtaining parental consent as per the laws of the country.
